This papertoy is the latest release from Chris Ryan (Bamboogila's Corner) after sometime he's not doing papercraft. Chris inspired by Yves Rossy the real "Jetman". It looks like we are going to have more of Chris's papercraft, because I had a peek he also on progress on another chef papercraft. By the way, I love Yves background picture on his website (jetman.com), he stands on top of A380 Airbus's wing, epic! Jetman reminds me of childhood cartoon, The Centurion :)

BJ and The Bear - Kenworth Semi Truck

I remember this 80's tv serial, when I was a kid I often watch this show in our only one channel national television at that time. Although I already forget about its story, I only remember one guy named BJ later I know BJ for Billy Joe (McKay), and his chimpanzee pet named Bear. In refreshing my memory I read about it on net and found out it is a tv comedy serial about trucking. The truck itself is a Kenworth semi truck, 1984 K100 Aerodyne VIT. This template designed by Daywong, he doesn't mention anything about the scale in his blog, but I asked the test builder, Taufik Hidayat he said the length of this model is 16 cm or 6.24 inches. I hope Daywong will make its trailer too.

German army at world war 2 has many strange looking war machines, including this bizarre looking armored minesweeper tractor. This tractor had captured Rizky attention when he decided to make this into paper model kit. He is well known to be a German war machines fan-boy :). This Alkett VsKfz template  has been delayed for some time due wrong part revisions. As usual Rizky uses 1:35 scale. Paper modeling is his hobby beside his profession as an architect.  Most of German's strange looking war machines are in prototype phase or early manufactured like this Alkett VsKfz. Completed on 1942 and was proved not suited for combat need and German's had to abandoned the project. The real tractor now it can be find at Kubinka Museum, outside Moscow.
